Day 9 of my running challenge is wrapped up.
I did 14 minutes of running, followed by about 15 minutes of leg work, and then some stretching.
Bit stiff today, and likely should not have worn the heels I did. The shoes don’t have good support, and I came home with achy feet and then ran. No biggie, reminds me to go shopping for a few things this weekend and to be more conscious of my choices.
14 minutes and 4.2 laps. My feet definitely had me cutting back a bit, plus I tried to take it a bit easier.
No photo of my time today, I totally forgot. I unplug the treadmill after I am done, and totally blanked taking the shot before I reset the machine. Bummer.
