Its the weekend…..celebration!! Well, not exactly, but it is nice all the same. Was a long week of new challenge, busy at work, and lots of changes.
Today was a nice day, gorgeous weather in our area, got to excercise outside via the dirt bikes, all sorts of good times.
This challenge is a bit less on the weekends, or at least to some degree. I still have many of the same items, but with no work ‘tasks’, and much more free time, it is a nice reprieve when I have a busy schedule.
My exercise today was another day at the track, which was nice. I am improving, its a very good workout, and the best part, its a blast. This would be about my 6th or 7th time out on a bike, and I feel that I am moving along well. Getting more comfortable, my muscle memory is getting better on the bike, and I am actually starting to catch some air. Would like to start recording lap times, give me some real tracking each week.

- Meditate 20 mins – Complete

- Exercise,weekend high intensity level – Complete (two plus hours at the dirt bike track)

- Update Blog – Complete
- Prep food for next day – NA
All in all, a very decent day. Would have like to do a bit more around the house, but my focus this weekend is to help my detox along from the diet changes, and get a couple other items done.
