Day 5 of my Level Up challenge is coming to a close. It was a pretty good day all around.
Here are my results of my main goals for the day:

- Exercise 30 Mins – Complete (20 min run and stretching)
- House Tasks 30 Mins – Complete
- Update Blog – Complete
- Prep food for next day – Complete
I woke up a bit sleepy again this morning, and started stretching. I ended up doing some long yoga poses instead of meditation, but this was much more productive then I have been. I was able to concentrate on breathing, movements, and holding poses for long periods of time. So it ended up being more of a moving meditation in the quiet of the morning which was nice. Will probably use this as a fall back if I feel too tired to sit down and meditate.
Work had a ton of distractions today, and I was all over the place. While my goal would be to stay on my to do list 100% even with large distractions, I am far from there yet. Next week starts a new day, a new desk location (we are moving), new environment, and hopefully I can start fresh on my challenge again.

Day 5 comes to a close, nice weekend with a few activities planned, but plenty of free time to keep myself from being overwhelmed. I am feeling positive and energized going forward.
