Quick update tonight:
Day 5
- 20 mins meditate (prior night)- Complete
- Bed on time (prior night) – Incomplete
- Wake 4:30 Am – Incomplete (even worse this morning, after 5:30)
- 30 mins Exercise - Incomplete (no time in AM, and had function in evening…BAH)
- Supplements twice day – Complete
- Work before 7 - Incomplete (woke up too late)
- 30 mins home time – Complete
- 30 mins cat individual time – Complete
- Next day prep work – Complete
- Website time – Complete
This morning seriously threw my day for a loop. My lack of sleep this week is making the morning wake up call seriously difficult. While I have been getting to bed on time most nights, it just seems like something happens every night….a feline up to some odd hour antics, a smoke alarm beeping for a battery change, or something. Very odd. I am not going to be discouraged, just need to get to bed on time. Heck, writing this, I am late again. Just got home from visiting my mother for her bday. But, I was determined to wrap up a few things on my checklist tonight to end the day on a high note.
