Yes, its official. This 30 day is pretty much entirely focused on my raw diet. I am loving the immersion, but its hard to stay focused on much more. My husband has been so helpful as well, knowing that I am busy, always offering anything he can. I am grateful for his support.
I really need to work on some of my other goals, I hope in the next few days as I settle into the raw I will have a bit more time to focus on getting better results out of some of my tasks. Even so, I am still getting things done and checking of my to do list every day. The time is not an issue, its more the quality of energy I am putting into the pieces.
Here are my results of my main goals for the day:
- 100% Raw diet – Complete (update here)
- Wake 4:30 AM – Complete
- Meditate 20 mins – Complete
- Work Goals – 3 of 6 done – Incomplete
- Exercise 30 Mins – Scheduled Rest Day
- House Tasks 30 Mins – Complete
- Update Blog – Complete
- Prep food for next day – Complete
Meditation has still not been overly successful this week. I have been extra tired, likely from the food changes, and its hard to stay focused first thing in the morning. I think tomorrow I am going to try some stretching and get moving before I start meditating. Just need to remember in the morning when I am groggily meandering to the room I mediate in.
All my small side tasks that I don’t list out in detail here are getting done well, items like dry brushing daily, ect, so happy with my progress there. Most have been on previous challenges, I just keep including them so I can get them to a 100% strong habit. I do not want the little changes I have made as of late to shuffle out when I get busy with large tasks.
Have not watched any TV and Internet time has been minimal this week. This is not in my challenge, and I have not necessarily had to work at avoiding them, its nice to be busy. I try to stay moving until about 8 pm, get all my tasks done, and then take a bit of free time before bed with reading or checking favorite forums. If I am dragging, headphones really help me to keep moving.
All in all, I feel good, and not ready to drop items off the list like I sometimes am around day 4. The housecleaning task is still a bit of a sticking point, but I think I have worked out the appropriate motivation to keep that going through the challenge.
