Something isn’t clicking on this challenge. I haven’t put my finger on it yet, so I will keep trucking, but I suspect I need to make some adjustments. My motivations are not aligned with my ‘to do’ list. Ahhh, well, I need to push through. Nothing is ever perfect. I might adjust where I spend some of my evening time, but technically, there is not a whole lot I can change since some things just HAVE to be done.

- Bed on time (prior night) – Complete
- Wake 4:30 Am – Incomplete (grumble, up at 5 am again)
- 30 mins Exercise - Complete (but did it in evening instead of AM)
- Supplements twice day – Complete
- Work before 7 – Complete
- 30 mins home time – Complete
- 30 mins cat individual time – Complete
- Next day prep work – Complete
- Website time – Complete
Better finish to today, but it took a lot to stay focused. I don’t know if I am going to make the 4:30 wake up call, my struggle might be an indication I moved too much in one step, or I need to get my head around whats keeping me from getting up. No worries though, whats a challenge if it isn’t a challenge?
