Half way through!!
Today was better, as my Mondays seem to be. Its always a regroup, high energy, ready to start the week off well sort of day.
Just a quick summary as the evening is quickly getting away from me.
Day 15 Results:
- 100% Raw diet – Complete (update here)
- Wake 4:30 AM – Complete
- Meditate 20 mins – Incomplete (just ran out of time today)
- Work Goals – 3 of 6 completed - Incomplete (this one is really starting to frustrate me, I need to figure this out)
- Exercise -Complete
- House Tasks 30 Mins – Complete
- Update Blog - Complete
- Prep food for next day -Complete
Sad I missed meditation this morning, but had an extended exercise time today which I think was actually more productive overall.
Good day, even if I had a couple of missed goals.
