Well today did much better in my overall challenge. Outside of some minor slips at work, I have completed everything on my list. On top of that, it did not take much effort to do so, just seemed to click better today.
Day 10 Results:
- 100% Raw diet – Complete (update here)
- Wake 4:30 AM – Complete
- Meditate 20 mins – Complete (went a little long, but more productive then past days)
- Work Goals – 4 of 6 completed, still not up to par, but much improved – Complete
- Exercise -Complete (20 mins of running, 15 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes yoga)
- House Tasks 30 Mins – Complete
- Update Blog - Complete
- Prep food for next day -Complete
I did really well exercising today, more comments on that in my Raw Food update. Seemed to have bounced back a bit today in general, more positive, and definitely more optimistic.
