Someone super cranked my schedule the last couple of days. Either I over extended my goals, or life is just flying around me at the moment. Or, it could just be getting back into the grove of a super planned out day. I am going with that at the moment.
Here is an update on my progress for the last two days, I need to get uploaded my purpose and ultimate goals for this challenge, but my priority is to meet my schedule over content these first few days.
Day 1
- Wake 4:30 Am – Complete
- 30 mins Exercise – Complete (yoga)
- Supplements twice day – Complete
- Work before 7 – Complete
- 30 mins home time – Incomplete
- 30 mins clicker training – Complete
- Next day prep work – Complete
- Website time – Complete
Day 2
- 20 mins meditate (prior night)- Complete
- Bed on time (prior night) – Complete
- Wake 4:30 Am – Complete
- 30 mins Exercise – Complete (weights)
- Supplements twice day – Complete
- Work before 7 – Complete
- 30 mins home time – Complete
- 30 mins clicker training – Incomplete (only 1 out of 3 cats done)
- Next day prep work – Complete
- Website time – Complete
Overall, running super short on time both nights, will keep pushing my current schedule through the week before I look at making changes.
